Voice Training Notifications
Training a character's voice takes about 2 hours — so now when it's done, you'll get a text message and email letting you know it's ready! No more checking back and wondering.
Storyboard Panels Now Play Audio
You can now attach a voice line to any storyboard panel! Click "Add Voice" on a panel, pick a saved line from any character, and it appears as an audio player right inside the panel. Your storyboards can come alive with your characters' actual voices!
Voice Library: Save Your Favourite Takes
Found the perfect performance? Save it to the character's Voice Library with a label like "the battle cry" or "the sad goodbye." All your saved lines live on the character page so you can listen back any time — and use them in your storyboards!
Voice Studio: Record Your Own Performances
Once a character's voice is trained, you can perform their lines yourself — right in the browser! Hit the big Record button, act it out with all the emotion you want (gasps, sighs, dramatic pauses!), then hit Convert and the AI transforms your voice into the character's. No extra apps needed!
Voice Studio: Design a Voice from Scratch
You can now give any character their own unique voice just by describing it! Type something like "deep and slow, like an ancient warrior" and the AI will create that voice for you. You can preview it, try different variations, and keep tweaking until it sounds perfect — then save it!
Voice Studio Now Has a How-It-Works Guide
The Voice Studio page now shows a friendly step-by-step guide at the top explaining exactly how the whole voice system works — from designing a voice all the way to recording your own performances and converting them into your character's voice. No more guessing what to do next!
Design Your Characters' Voices!
You can now give each character their very own voice — no microphone or recordings needed! Just describe what the character sounds like (like "deep and mysterious" or "high and bubbly"), click Hear the Voice, and listen. Keep tweaking your description until it sounds just right, then save it. Every character can have a completely unique voice that YOU designed!
Voice Studio is Online!
The Voice Studio is now powered up and ready to go! The Voicebox (for designing character voices) and the voice converter are both running in the background. You can visit the Voice Studio page and see them show as online — so all the voice tools will actually work when you use them!
Feedback Page Is Now Easier to Use
The "New Feedback" button has been moved right to the top of the Feedback page so it's always visible without scrolling. A friendly prompt was also added to remind you what kinds of things you can submit — bug reports, feature ideas, anything you want!
Character Pages Now Have Custom Color Themes!
When a character has artwork uploaded, the site now automatically reads the most prominent colors from the image and applies them as a custom color theme across that character's entire page — the accent lines, section headers, card borders, and background glow all shift to match the character's own palette. Every character now feels unique!
